Gitasis Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of Gitasis call center, VoIP, IVR, reporting, call recording, and cloud archiving services.
1. Service Description
Gitasis provides software and infrastructure services for call center operations, VoIP account management, IVR flow configuration, call reporting, call recording, and cloud-based recording archives.
Specific features may vary according to the customer's subscription, configuration, infrastructure, and enabled integrations.
2. Customer Accounts and Authorized Users
Customers are responsible for managing their authorized users, roles, permissions, passwords, and access controls. Customers must ensure that only authorized personnel can access call data, recordings, reports, VoIP accounts, IVR flows, and cloud integrations.
3. Lawful Use
Customers and users must not use Gitasis services for:
- Unauthorized, fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful calls.
- Spam, harassment, impersonation, or deceptive communications.
- Unauthorized access to systems, accounts, recordings, or data.
- Activities that disrupt or compromise the security, availability, or integrity of Gitasis services.
Gitasis may suspend, restrict, or terminate access where necessary to protect the service, customers, users, or third parties.
4. Call Recording
If call recording is enabled, calls may be recorded and stored by Gitasis or by an authorized cloud storage provider configured by the customer.
Call recordings are retained for six (6) months where retention is required by applicable law, regulation, contractual obligation, or customer configuration. Customers are responsible for ensuring that their use of call recording complies with all applicable notice, consent, labor, telecommunications, and data protection requirements.
5. Google Drive Integration
Customers may authorize Gitasis to use the Google Drive API to archive call recordings to a Google Drive folder selected or authorized by the customer. Gitasis uses this access only to provide recording archive, streaming, download, and related metadata functions.
The customer may revoke Google Drive authorization at any time from the Google Account permissions page. Revocation may prevent Gitasis from uploading, streaming, or downloading recordings from Google Drive.
6. Third-Party Services
Gitasis services may depend on telecommunications operators, SIP providers, Google Drive, hosting providers, internet connectivity, and other third-party services. Gitasis is not responsible for outages, quota limitations, permission issues, policy changes, or service interruptions caused by third-party providers.
7. Data Protection and Security
Gitasis applies reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect service data. Customers must also maintain appropriate internal controls, user permissions, credential management, and legal compliance procedures.
8. Customer Configuration
Customers are responsible for the accuracy of their VoIP, SIP, IVR, routing, queue, tariff, cloud storage, and recording settings. Incorrect configuration may result in failed calls, incorrect routing, missing recordings, additional costs, or loss of access to archived files.
9. Availability and Maintenance
Gitasis aims to provide reliable service but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Service may be affected by planned maintenance, emergency maintenance, network issues, infrastructure failures, operator failures, cloud provider issues, or force majeure events.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Gitasis is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for losses arising from customer misconfiguration, unlawful use, third-party provider failures, revoked cloud permissions, quota limits, or unavailable telecommunications services.
11. Changes to These Terms
Gitasis may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be published on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
